Join us for our fourth annual Winter Mini Fringe featuring an awesome lineup of fringe-flavored artists hand selected just for you!
Mini Fringe features a smaller but still stellar lineup of a variety of performers from different disciplines. Enjoy performances from Party Cops, It's That Time of the Month, Danny Wightkin, and more. Produced by Side Street Studio Arts with support from the Elgin Cultural Arts Commission and Elgin Public House.
