Join us for Washington Illinois' Bicentennial Celebration! Celebrating 200 years is a big deal and so are you, so we'd love to see you there. There is fun for all ages throughout various dates and events.
In 2025, Washington, Illinois, will mark its 200th birthday with an exciting bicentennial celebration of various events for the whole family to enjoy! We'll begin the celebration with the Rove and Ramble Kick-Off Night which includes live music, food trucks, and surrounding stores open after-hours. This event will be the first of many throughout the long-week, including: the Planting of the 200th Bicentennial Tree, Rock the Field: A Grand Slam Jam, "Then and Now" Parade, Taste of Washington, and the Food Truck Frenzy and Custom Car & Bike Show. These events will be supplemented by several pre-events throughout the months leading up the the bicentennial celebration week.
