The Tower of Baa is modeled after a tower that Dave and Marcia Johnson saw in a wine magazine from S. Africa. The original goat tower was in Portugal. The Johnston's tower is 31 feet tall and has 5,000 bricks with 276 spiral steps that encompass the tower with a copper roof. There are 6 compartments for the Johnston's Saanan goats. Their ambassodor goat is Bella.
