Don’t let their businesslike exterior fool you; Limelight Eventplex is Peoria’s destination for the hottest live entertainment around. Designed and built by musicians, for musicians, this dynamic venue is Central Illinois’ most intimate, fan- and band-friendly facility for live music and other performances. Limelight features local, regional, national and even global touring acts.

Every detail was crafted to give their patrons, as well as our entertainers, an incredible experience. Their main performance room is a music lover’s dream. With an occupancy of 1500, this acoustically designed venue boasts a massive stage, concert sound and light system, up-close front-of-stage area, and even a VIP loft!

Although certain shows are only open to guests 18 or 21 and older, Limelight is an all-ages venue. Their safe, clean location at 8102 N. University Street in Pioneer Park is perfectly positioned for local live entertainment enthusiasts, as well as out-of-town guests.
