Uncle Vait is a man who has 20+years in the restaurant business. He spent so many years working on his craft and loves to make delicious cuisines for everyone to enjoy. We are an old school pizza place and diner in a newly renovated former gas station/cafe built on the legendary Route 66. We are here to provide pizza and other delicious food for those who feel they don't want pizza.
