Collinsville celebrates its Italian heritage in style at the annual Italian Fest!
Come partake in Collinsville's annual Italian Festival celebrating Italians and the history of Collinsville! Italian Fest is a family-friendly event- The annual celebration falls on the 3rd weekend of September, located in Uptown Collinsville on Main Street.
Admission & musical entertainment are free. Try many different favorite Italian dishes such as Bruschetta, Italian Beef, Toasted Ravioli, cannoli, and more. The festival usually draws over 30 vendors with a large selection of food and drinks. Come enjoy some delicious "ciao", live music and many different activities taking place you won't want to miss!
A grape-stomping contest will take place on Friday, September 17th at 11:30 AM. There will be live music throughout the day on Friday. Saturday is filled with many events- the morning kicks off with a 5k run followed by a Bocce Ball tournament. Sports not your thing? Catch the Miss & Mr. Italian Fest Pageant taking place from 9:30-11 AM. The Italian Parade will take place Saturday afternoon at 4 PM and is Collinsville's largest parade. Viva l'italia! (Long live Italy!)
