The official length of US Route 20 is 3,365 miles. Part of the longest US highway in the United States, stretching from coast to coast. US Highway 20 cuts through Jo Daviess County, from Stockton to East Dubuque, winding through Woodbine, Elizabeth and the historic gem, Galena, IL.
