2024 Christopher Homecoming

The Christopher Homecoming event is a multi-day extravaganza filled with a variety of activities, set to take place from May 30th through June 2nd, 2024. The event kicks off with the Women's Bocce Ball Tournament on May 30th at 5:00 PM, followed by the Men's Bocce Ball Tournament on May 31st, also at 5:00 PM, each accompanied by games of chance.

Throughout the event, attendees can enjoy a Famous Fish Sandwich along with a selection of meals from various food vendors. The Vendor Fair, scheduled for Saturday, June 1st, will showcase local crafts and goods, providing a platform for local entrepreneurs.

The morning of June 1st starts with the Lions Club Pancake and Sausage Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, followed by a 5K Run/Walk at 8:00 AM and a vibrant Car Show at 10:00 AM. The Carnival by Egyptian Exposition promises fun rides and games, and the All Class Reunion at the Civic Center from 1:00 to 4:00 PM will be a nostalgic gathering for many.

A Beer Garden will be open daily, offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and featuring live bands every evening. Specific band performances are slated for 6-9 PM on May 30th, two sessions on May 31st from 5-8 PM and 8-11 PM, and three sessions on June 1st from 1-4 PM, 5-8 PM, and 8-11 PM, culminating with the Dry Road Band on June 2nd from 1-4 PM.

On June 2nd, the community can participate in Cow Pattie Bingo at 3:00 PM in the Beer Garden. The event also includes a community church service on June 2nd, beginning with doughnuts and coffee at 9:30 AM in the Pavilion, followed by a service on the main stage at 10:00 AM.
